Freestyle/Disco is the trendiest and one of the most popular forms of dance in the UK today. It generally has a fast pace with emphasis on high impact routines involving kicks, spins and leaps as well as many other diverse steps and movements.

Slow Dance

This form of dance is great for musical awareness and expression, it teaches the same principals as Ballet and lyrical concentrating on strength and control, poise and ballance but with the freedom to use the dancers own interpretation. It is generally danced to well known/popular slow pieces of music.

Guapacha
Guapacha is a modern afro-cuban style dance. Performed either in a partnership or as a solo, the fusion of cha cha's smooth cuban motion, with the dynamics and attitude of hip hop is what makes this a great new style.

And for Latin - Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba,Jive, paso doble. The variety makes Ballroom and Latin American a good place to start if you’d like to learn some dancing, but don’t really know which style is for you yet. At KliKs we use modern funky music, to bring ths classic style bang up to date.

Street has become a very popular dance style with top music artists around the world , and is seen in most music videos of today. Street focuses more on central body movement, quick sharp isolations and can be low or high impact dependant on the tempo of the music.

This exciting dance form includes the wide circle of productions that are musical theatre shows like Fame, Chorus Line, Cats, Grease ect. Theatre craft covers a diverse range of styles which in turn gives the dancer a wider range of ability.

Hip Hop is such a broad genre it allows for the mixing of styles freely, and can include many various forms of dance like Popping, Locking, Krumping or even jazz!
