I have never attended a dance school before can i still Join?
YES!!!..We have a class to suit everyone from our under 8's class to adults. We cater for all ages and abilities,
girls and boys. And beginners are always welcome.
What should i wear?
Wear something loose fitting and comfortable, trainers, or jazz shoes. We do have a very
funky KliKs uniform collection, but you dont need to worry about purchasing a uniform until you have been in the school for
at least a month, and even then you are not required to purchase the whole uniform in one go.
What if i dont feel ready to dance on my first day?
We understand that aswell as being exciting it can be scary going to your first dance class, so
there is no pressure on you to participate in the whole lesson, you can join in or sit out at any point during the class
if you wish. Our dancers are very supportive of new pupils as they all remember their first day. And dont forget you
wont be new for very long, as we have pupils joining almost every week!
Im currently with another dance school but would love to attend KliKs instead, what
should i do?
Of course we are flattered that you would want to attend our Academy, and hope it is because you have seen what a friendly,
successful and ambitious group KliKs dancers are. However before you do - think about the reasons why.
If it is something that could be sorted out by your current teacher - perhaps talk to them, to give them a chance to sort
things out for you.
If you have absolutely decided - it would be good manners to let them know that you are leaving, and don't
forget to thank them for what they have done for you.
I would really like to do more than one class a week, is that possible?
Yes, we hold classes Mon - Fri, so if you are really eager you can do them all! Please take a look
at our timetable for days, times and venues.
